The Big Day!!!

Tomorrow is the big day!!! I can't believe I am getting ready to start my second year of teaching. I am looking forward to a little less stress this year and a lot more comfort in what I am teaching and doing on a daily basis.

I am struggling to keep my eyes open as I type this, but I wanted to share some pictures of my room cause a lot of people have been asking.

Here's my room on the first day. I forgot to take a picture before we started moving things around.

 

On the second day of setting up my room I emptied out my cabinets, cleaned them, and reorganized them. It was a bit of an overwhelming task!

 Next to my word wall is the calendar I will use this year. That way it is easier to write stuff and wipe it off



Here is my small group area. I plan on doing a majority of my teaching in small groups so I will be spending lots of time here!
